What the role is all about 

The REA Group video team creates content that helps Australians achieve their home goals seamlessly through videos that provide inspiration, provoke conversation, and deliver information for our engaged property savvy audience.

We are looking for experienced vertical video producers to join our busy team on a contract basis to scale our listing video production and deliver on the next generation of content on realestate.com.au.

What you will be doing

The core focus of this role is being able to use your creative mind and storytelling abilities to showcase property listings to create engaging and inspirational vertical walkthrough videos for our agency partners like these:

You can expect to be:

  • Filming and editing up to 10 property showcase videos per week with agency partners
  • Extensive travel each week city-wide
  • Building and maintaining strong internal working relationships with our Video Co-ordinator and Customer teams to assist in delivery of our video initiatives
  • Support on-the-ground education of agency and production partners in how to produce compelling walkthroughs for our platform.

Who we’re looking for…

  • Ability to deliver videos at scale and to deadline
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in video production and editing.
  • Confident shooting vertical video on an iPhone
  • Proficient at using post-production software, with Adobe CC suite of programs, including Premiere Pro and After Effects, being looked on favourably.
  • Ability to produce engaging visual content with an eye for engaging storytelling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter that is pro-active in their approach to opportunities
  • Ability to adapt, multi-task and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A current unrestricted driver’s licence and access to your own transportation – mileage/fuel will be compensated.
