Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems leveraging enterprise knowledge sources, semantic search, and source attribution.
Design, implement, and optimize agentic AI systems using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.
Develop AI agents capable of tool usage, workflow orchestration, planning, reasoning, memory management, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
Architect AI solutions integrating enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories.
Evaluate and select the most appropriate models based on business requirements, performance, latency, and cost constraints.
Monitor AI system performance in production and contribute to observability, evaluation, and governance practices.
Conduct research on the latest advances in foundation models, multimodal AI, and agentic AI systems.
You hold a Master’s degree from an engineering school or an advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or artificial intelligence and you have at least one year of technical experience building creative AI solutions.
You are proficient in Python programming and code versioning, and ideally have experience with Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, RAG), advanced prompting techniques, and are familiar with Open-Source AI ecosystems (Antropic, OpenAI) as well as cloud-native architectures and modern AI deployment practices.
You want to get involved and quickly take on responsibility for high-value-added assignments within a dynamic organization. You are passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI technology and making a significant impact in enabling our customers to create GenAI-powered applications with confidence and a fast time to market.
Finally, are you curious and enjoy working as part of a team? Do you want to join a dynamic and motivating professional environment? Do you share our values of excellence, entrepreneurship, innovation, sharing, kindness, and work-life balance?
