Pierre Fabre Dermo Cosmetics & Personal Care's Australian subsidiary (Sydney) is recruiting a Junior Business Analyst for a 1-year VIE contract, renewable for 1 year, starting July 1 or August 1, 2025.

The Junior Business Analyst is a key player in enhancing and advancing business operations by leveraging data analysis, driving process improvements, delivering projects, and fostering collaboration across teams.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders, both at corporate and local levels.  Stakeholders can include operational and management.

The Junior Business Analyst reports to the Financial Director and works closely with the Senior Business Analyst + IT Referent.

KEY OBJECTIVES

Support the Commercial Teams by utilising CRM’s and data insights Support the maintenance, development and implementation of business tools, corporate and local Facilitate effective communication between business units

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

90% Business Analysis & Business Intelligence

  • Maintenance and implementation of the local and global Digital Strategy in accordance with the corporate norms and standards: CRM, DATA - analysis, reports, dashboards, EDI, and ERP. Propose necessary evolution to support the local business:

    • Continuous improvement on the usage of the tools (Training and Documentation)

    • Optimisation of the current tools through constant review of functionality and needs

    • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders

    • Analyse and understand the local needs to propose a coherent plan

    • Support the business to formalise their needs, challenge them, and transform them into proposed projects

  • Focus on CRM and Data for the Commercial Teams.  Predominately Pharmacy.

  • Oversee platforms, ensuring smooth operations and compliance, including data governance

  • On boarding and off boarding of commercial field teams for CRM

Main Systems :

  • CRM: Veeva (Pharmacy and Clinics) and OCE (Medical) - Omnichannel Engagement

  • Operational: ERP - Microsoft Dynamics and PharmX - integrated ordering platform

  • Data Analytics: Tableau and Excel (Some local reports tool use Pivot and/or Power Query)

  • M365 Suite

10% IT (backup ONLY of Senior Business Analyst + IT Referent)

  • Is the local contact to coordinate IT operations with partners including End User Support (Fujitsu), and other IT.

    • Help vendors to access the installations and assess the infrastructure.

    • Is the local contact to help the partners to contact the local users.

  • Is responsible for the stock-level management.

    • Stock-level control.

    • Anticipation of supply and orders

  • Is responsible for on boarding and off boarding.

  • Is responsible for local IT documentation.

  • Communicate to end users the official IT communications and training.

Who you are ?

Education: BAC+5, Business school, Data

2 years relevant experience required

Experience: cosmetics or FMCG appreciated.  Business oriented & commercial awareness

Fluency in English: Proficient in both oral and written communication.

Data Analysis and Attention to Detail: Proficient in understanding, managing, and presenting data to stakeholders, with a focus on highlighting areas that require attention, such as maintenance needs or potential sales opportunities.

Effective Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, up to the CEO.

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of thinking creatively and collaborating with teams to solve business challenges.

Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions regarding requirement prioritisation, scope, and assessing the viability of solutions.

Excellent Communication and Collaboration: Strong listening, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for gathering requirements and communicating effectively across multiple stakeholders.

Documentation and Writing Skills: Ability to create clear and concise documents such as use cases, business requirements, process descriptions, and training materials.

Presentation: Skilled in presenting findings and recommendations in stakeholder meetings. Training workshops will also be a key part of the Junior Business Analyst role.

Commitment to Quality: Dedicated to delivering high-quality work.

Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Proficiency in M365 Suite: Competent in using Microsoft 365 tools.
