Create unforgettable experiences and strengthen the connection with our players. As a VIP Representative, you'll provide the best-in-class services to our most valuable customers and share the latest promotions and personalized offers. You'll execute the day-to-day strategy of our industry-leading VIP engagement program to understand the true needs of our players and foster long-term loyalty.
What you'll do as a VIP Services Representative

  • Build strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships while identifying opportunities to elevate the customer experience.
  • Participate in customer events to elevate the DraftKings brand and increase customer engagement.
  • Effectively distribute an allotted promotional budget amongst our VIP players.
  • Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Sales or Account Management role.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to make quick and confident decisions.
  • Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

Join Our Team
We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
