About the Role

Bring bold futures to life through compelling visual storytelling.

In this role, you’ll make the abstract tangible—transforming strategic ideas into narrative-driven artefacts that inspire belief and action. By owning the creative vision and execution, especially in video-led storytelling, you’ll help shape the way Resmed imagines and communicates future customer experiences. You’ll partner with leaders across our Customer Experience (CX) function and the wider enterprise, creating visuals that connect big-picture strategy to practical momentum. If you thrive on ambiguity, challenge norms, and love crafting stories that influence hearts and minds, this is where your creativity will build real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Translate complex, future-focused ideas into emotionally engaging visual narratives.

  • Lead end-to-end video production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and motion graphics.

  • Create artefacts such as short films, explainer videos, concept reels, and keynote visuals for internal and external audiences.

  • Facilitate workshops and storyboard sessions to align stakeholders on future narratives.

  • Build trusted relationships across teams to increase adoption of Futures storytelling assets.

  • Maintain asset libraries and workflow standards to ensure quality and speed of delivery.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, film/media, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Demonstrated expertise in video editing and motion-led storytelling with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

  • Hands-on experience with Figma for concepting and design collaboration.

  • Strong portfolio highlighting strategic visual storytelling and end-to-end creative production.

  • Ability to influence through workshops and presentations, supported by excellent communication skills.

  • Comfort working in ambiguity with a proactive, resilient mindset and strong creative judgment.

  • Practical experience using AI-assisted creative tools for ideation, visual generation, and rapid prototyping while maintaining quality and brand standards.
