Hi, we're Heidi 👋

Our mission is simple: we aim to halve the time it takes to deliver world class care. We're building autonomous workflows that let clinicians be clinicians again.

In one year, we hit $15M ARR and became the fastest-growing AI companies in the world to be built from Australia. Two years ago, we pivoted from broad healthcare AI to building the world's first clinical exoskeleton. Today we're supporting over 1 million patient sessions weekly across 50+ countries. We achieve in 6 months what it takes our competitors 4 years to do. Built for clinicians, by clinicians, at the core of Heidi is its people. We are an eclectic bunch of inventors, builders, scientists, nurses, doctors, mathematicians, designers, creatives, and high-agency executors.

With our most recent $16.6MM round of funding from leading VC firms, we’re geared up to supercharge our ambitious global growth, starting with the US, Canada, UK and Europe. We've cracked product-market fit with individual clinicians through our freemium model. Now enterprises want in - major health systems and international healthcare organisations. But enterprise healthcare is a different universe. They need safety, compliance, regional adaptations, and someone who can translate our cutting-edge AI into something procurement departments can understand.

To help us achieve we need a VP of Product who can strategically and operationally scale the product organisation to keep up with the demand of our users.

That's where you come in.

The Role

The VP of Enterprise Product is responsible for leading and scaling a world-class product organisation that delivers category-defining, clinician-loved software. You are accountable for Heidi’s enterprise product strategy, and delivery across all markets, driving impact through cross-functional execution and exceptional team leadership.

You will own enterprise products across multiple pods - teams, integrations, and coding. You'll be the bridge between our ambitious product vision and the reality of enterprise healthcare delivery. This isn't about building a separate enterprise product. It's about thoughtfully adapting our core innovations for organisations that move slower but impact millions of lives. You'll navigate international compliance requirements and market-specific considerations, ensuring we can scale from individual clinicians to enterprise health systems without losing what makes Heidi special.

As a key cross-functional leader, the VP Product sets the bar for product quality, roadmap clarity, and ambition in building a world-class product organisation. The role requires a combination of strategic planning, operational excellence, user obsession and deep market understanding.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and drive enterprise product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals, owning communication across the company.

  • Own the output of (3) core enterprise pods to ensure seamless collaboration, scaling, and execution against product and company goals.

  • Translate PLG features into enterprise-grade capabilities, enabling Heidi’s transition from product-led growth to enterprise adoption.

  • Guide product decisions that balance consumer innovation with enterprise needs, ensuring both sides are effectively addressed in every product release.

  • Partner cross-functionally driving alignment with Engineering, Customer Experience, Support, Medical Knowledge, Compliance, and GTM teams to deliver features that scale globally.

  • Navigate regional market dynamics in the US, Canada, UK, Europe and APAC, ensuring products meet local regulatory standards while maintaining global product standards of excellence.

  • Own product planning cadences (quarterly/annual), product org structure, process, systems, operationally how we scale and communicate.

  • Drive market differentiation through deep customer empathy, insight-driven strategy, and competitive awareness.

  • Work with sales on RFPs and enterprise deals, aligning product strategy with commercial needs without compromising product integrity.

  • Build frameworks for regional product variations that are clear, actionable, and feasible for engineering teams to implement.

  • Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure that Heidi’s AI solutions are palatable to risk-averse CTOs, making sure our products are secure and meet all necessary compliance standards.

  • Set standards for world-class product development practices: discovery, prioritisation, experimentation, launch, and iteration.
