We are currently looking for our next VP - Experience and Engineering for our Australian team. Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, you will be responsible for building consistency in the quality of the Experience & Engineering serviceline and leading and managing the Experience & Engineering craft throughout Australia. You will play a critical role in shaping our strategy, driving innovation, building out the service line and ensuring seamless integration of your craft to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

THE ROLE:

  • Work together with the Regional Strategy Directors, Global Craft Leads and Local Leadership to define and implement the overall craft strategy for the relevant serviceline.
  • Continuously drive and evolve the service line to ensure we have the most competitive offering in the market and ensure  that we have the right people, in the right places to execute on that competitive offering.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices and identify opportunities for innovation and leverage cutting-edge solutions to enhance our capabilities and service offerings to our clients.
  • Ensure that we deliver the best quality work through utilizing our smart clusters of services e.g. centers of excellence.
  • Provide thought leadership within the craft to our clients and also internally, sharing insights, best practices, and emerging trends to guide strategic decision-making and ensure that we continue to innovate/pioneer, so that we are always one step ahead of the competition.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions that align with client needs, business objectives, and industry best practices with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction, quality and performance.
  • Responsibility for the relevant serviceline partnerships within Australia.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their goals and objectives, and translating them into deliverable strategies. 
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Provide strong leadership and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring the team acrossAustralia has the resources and support needed to succeed.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, project status, and technology trends to stakeholders.
  • Build and ensure consistency in the quality of the Experience & Engineering serviceline across Australia in conjunction with the global CSO and Regional Strategy Director.

YOU:

  • Proven experience in technology leadership, preferably in a digital agency or related industry.
  • In depth knowledge of the industry and trends within the technology craft.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams and people to build a great culture.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and a high adaptability.
  • Assertive and able to take charge of a situation when appropriate and drive growth.
  • A visionary leader with a passion for driving excellence
