You bring a strong track record in enterprise sales leadership, with proven success managing SaaS sales teams. You know how to forecast, coach and drive performance, and you’re passionate about developing sales skills across a range of industries. You’ll be hands-on in leading a high-performing, quota-carrying sales organisation and bring exceptional collaboration, communication and strategic thinking to the table.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional squad structure made up of Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Business Development Managers, Industry Marketers, Solution Engineers and Partnerships. Together, these teams drive performance across key metrics including incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (iARR), customer Net Promoter Score (cNPS) and employee engagement. As a member of the ANZ GTM Leadership Team, you’ll be central to this collective success.

This VP role will focus on:

Driving performance across the ANZ Insurance Enterprise market by:

  • Owning the performance outcomes across iARR, customer NPS and employee engagement

  • Contributing to regional GTM strategy and executing against it for the Insurance vertical

  • Leading and managing the Insurance Enterprise sales team to meet individual and collective quotas

  • Providing strategic sales leadership including territory planning, sales forecasting and coaching

  • Actively supporting deal structuring and pipeline health, and guiding the team through complex sales

  • Staying across industry trends, competitive activity and emerging client opportunities

  • Representing the ANZ Insurance Enterprise segment internally and externally

Collaborating with ANZ leadership to:

  • Define Insurance Enterprise strategy and develop operational go to market plans

  • Align squad resourcing and capability to opportunity size and market need

  • Set performance targets across iARR, customer NPS and employee engagement

  • Assess the ongoing market opportunity in ANZ and adjust plans as needed

Building a high-performance team by:

  • Creating a culture of transparency, trust and alignment within and across squads

  • Using data to coach, manage and provide quality feedback to drive performance

  • Partnering with Commercial Finance to set targets, create reporting and ensure accountability

  • Recruiting, recognising and retaining top talent

  • Leading by example and setting the cultural tone for the ANZ business

  • Running regular team forums to share insights, celebrate success and drive momentum

This is a unique opportunity to play a critical leadership role in a growing, purpose-led company. If you thrive in high-growth SaaS and know how to lead through influence, action and accountability, we’d love to hear from you.
