Working closely with marketing, product and global teams, you'll ensure content is published accurately, on time, and in line with brand, design and user experience standards.

This is a one-year fixed term contract, working on a hybrid model in our client’s office in Sydney.

Core responsibilities:

  • Build, update & deploy tailored web pages within our clients CMS tooling’s, based on features, components and designs available in our client’s ecosystem.

  • Follow strict content publishing plans and project schedules for web properties assigned to you and escalate risks or blockers when required.

  • Enable our client’s internal marketing and product teams to implement their initiatives on their website.

  • Adhere to our client’s global rollout and localisation processes to deliver the latest content and feature updates from HQ to local websites in APAC.

  • Pro-actively seek opportunities to continuously optimise the client’s website and processes.

A bit about you:

  • 2 + years’ experience in digital content publishing, web production, CMS administration or a related role.

  • Experience using a Content Management System such as Adobe Experience Manager or WordPress.

  • Ability to work independently and evaluate tasks and determine the appropriate course of action, showcasing project management skills.

  • Experience working in an international setting with international team members & stakeholders.

  • A strong understanding of managing multilingual websites to minimize the learning curve.

  • Confident asking questions, clarifying requirements and communicating with stakeholders.

  • Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of your work.  Eager to learn and develop personal skills as technology and process evolve.
