As our Wholesale Business Development Representative, you’ll be the face of Carma for our wholesale dealer network; bringing new dealerships on board, keeping existing partners engaged and helping every auction run smoothly. From the first hello to the final handover, you’ll make it easy (and enjoyable) for dealers to do business with us.

What you'll be doing:
- Hit the road, pick up the phone and bring great new dealerships into Carma’s wholesale network.
- Keep dealers in the loop on upcoming auctions, fresh inventory and results.
- Build genuine relationships that keep dealers bidding, buying and coming back for more.
- Be Carma’s go-to person at auctions—coordinating inspections, answering questions and sorting issues quickly.
- Keep an eye on dealer activity and chase ambitious acquisition, participation and sales targets.
- Team up with Wholesale Vehicle Operations to get every auction ready and every vehicle detail right.
- Help make the after-sale experience seamless, from invoices and payments to collections, logistics and returns.
- Keep customer records tidy and bring ideas that make our wholesale processes even better.
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- You have at least a year in business development, sales or account management; and love winning new business.
- Automotive industry and understanding the dealer landscape is a massive plus!
- You’re a natural relationship builder who’s comfortable meeting people and closing deals.
- You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and enjoy chasing targets.
- You’re curious about the numbers and turn insights into action.
- You pick up new systems quickly; CRM experience is a bonus.
- You hold a full NSW driver’s licence
