Job Description

We are hiring for 2x Workday Functional Analysts to join our newly created People and Culture Transformation team! 

You will provide functional expertise for our Workday HRIS platform, ensuring optimal deployment, support, and continuous improvement for our workforce. 

You will also be key in enabling data-driven decisions and a superior employee experience across our in-scope Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruitment, and Talent Optimisation).

Day to day you will:

  • Provide expert day-to-day support, monitor, and manage the Workday Service Management queue to promptly resolve issues across Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent and Absence modules.
  • Execute configuration changes, including updates to business processes, security roles, and reports, in line with business requests and change management requirements.
  • Collaborate with Process Owners and stakeholders to develop operational requirements into effective Workday solutions.
  • Support system governance, maintaining master data configuration, and serving as an escalation point for complex, unresolved issues.
  • Assist in Workday release management (bi-annual/weekly) by performing release tasks, system testing, and deployment activities for new features and enhancements.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven professional experience as a Workday System Administrator or Workday Functional Analyst.
  • Strong functional Workday configuration knowledge across Core HCM and one or more key modules including Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, and Absence.
  • Experience supporting Workday releases, including successful testing and feature deployment.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills for supporting and resolving functional issues for end-users.
  • High attention to detail, coupled with a proactive approach to issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and communicating effectively with Process Owners.
  • Commitment to continual learning and the motivation to proactively develop knowledge of new Workday modules.
