Your role
You'll be a part of our People Operations & Insights team focusing on our Workday implementation and based in any of our Australian offices (Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney). As a Workday HCM Core Specialist you will take on a breadth of technical responsibilities – we encourage creativity and flexibility, as no two days will be the same.
Key duties will include:
Working as part of a team to provide triage and resolution of Workday queries and issues raised on behalf of the business and People & Development stakeholders
Undertaking a range of Workday enhancements and small projects, either autonomously or under the guidance of a Workday Functional Lead
Assisting in developing the enhancement roadmap for Workday at Allens
Supporting all functional/technical decisions for Core HCM and other functional areas as needed
Supporting the change management activities, including review of training materials, help guides, and facilitation of engagement sessions and demonstrations
Supporting data migration and testing activities where required
Providing support and helping stakeholders to make key business process decisions.

About you
You will have:
Implementation and configuration experience in Workday in areas of:
Security configuration, including custom security groups and security segmentation
Business Process configuration, including process configuration as well as notification generation and management
Data EIBs and Workday Integration
In addition to core HCM, hands-on experience in at least one more module (absence, recruitment, performance, compensation) is highly desirable
Familiarity with cross-functional work environments and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
A flexible working style and desire to work on a range of different tasks and projects, supporting a variety of teams and stakeholders
Experience as a People Systems Analyst or HR Systems Analyst with increasing levels of responsibility.
A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others
