The opportunity 

As a Workforce Analyst, you’ll support the end-to-end Workforce Management (WFM) process to ensure optimal staffing and scheduling across claims teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven workforce solutions.

Your new role 

  • Assist in developing short and long-term forecasts using historical data and business inputs.

  • Build and maintain staff schedules aligned with service level goals and employee availability.

  • Monitor real-time performance, identify variances, and escalate issues as needed.

  • Generate and distribute reports on staffing, adherence, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with claims leaders to understand staffing needs and communicate schedule changes.

  • Use WFM tools (including Genesys) to manage schedules, exceptions, and data accuracy.

About you 

  • Prior experience in workforce management or scheduling, ideally within the insurance or claims industry.

  • Proficiency with WFM tools such as Genesys.

  • A solid understanding of forecasting, scheduling, or real-time monitoring

  • Demonstrated understanding of claims operations, supported by relevant experience in the insurance or claims industry

  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with leaders and teams.

  • Ability to work independently and contribute to the development of new processes.
