Job Description:

TJX Australia is looking for a Workforce Planning Coordinator to support our Store Operations team. In this role, you’ll help keep our scheduling and timekeeping processes running smoothly and support our stores, processing center, with day‑to‑day workforce queries.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main contact for our stores, processing center and field teams for scheduling and timekeeping support.
  • Conduct regular timecard and scheduling audits and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support schedule creation and maintenance to ensure appropriate staffing coverage
  • Check data accuracy and help with simple workforce reports
  • Support forecasting, workforce planning, and updates to planning tools and systems.
