We are seeking a dynamic Workplace Administrator to work directly onsite with our prestigious banking client, delivering exceptional workplace experiences in a fast-paced financial services environment. This exciting role combines facilities management with client partnership as you maintain site records, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with systems including SharePoint, Corrigo, and JLL protocols. The ideal candidate brings strong organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for workplace management.

About the role:

  • Maintain SharePoint and Intranet documents, update site data including addresses, contacts, and vendor details

  • Coordinate new site setup to JLL Property Hub and Corrigo with banking stakeholders

  • Assist with monthly reports, quarterly reviews, and specialised sustainability reports

  • Process change requests and coordinate works with building management

  • Maintain meeting calendars, coordinate check-ins, onboard new vendors, and track compliance certificates

  • Assist with project handovers, commissioning, operations manuals, and JLL operational processes

  • Handle parking enquiries and maintain documentation procedure

What we are looking for:

We're looking for an organised professional with strong communication skills and experience in property management systems. You'll thrive in our fast-paced banking environment with your proactive approach and attention to detail.

  • Strong organisational skills with experience in SharePoint and property management systems

  • Excellent communication abilities for effective stakeholder and vendor coordination

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

  • Understanding of facility management or workplace processes with compliance tracking experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
