JLL is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Casual Workplace Ambassador to join our FM on Demand team. This flexible role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional workplace experiences across diverse client properties, supporting both short-term assignments and ongoing engagements on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service and exceed client expectations
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure subcontractor performance standards
  • Support financial processes and budget management activities
  • Coordinate conference services, room bookings, and catering arrangements
  • Oversee consumables management and inventory control
  • Maintain site cleanliness standards and direct cleaning operations
  • Provide administrative support for security clearance processes
  • Execute health, safety, and risk management procedures

Ideal Experience

  • 3+ years plus reception experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in reception
  • Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred
  • Must present a professional and friendly image to clients
  • Ability to interact well within a team
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to confidently interact with all levels of the organisation from CEO to cleaning contractors
