Job Description Summary

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Workplace Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, strong team-player and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively, maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment and relationship-building skills as you interact with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.

Job Description

  • Meet and greet visitors and service providers to the office.

  • Provide assistance to Facilities Manager to meet the SLA’s set out for the Property Function.

  • Review and process invoices, including dealing with accounting queries & overdue invoices.

  • Champion the Workplace, Sustainability and HSW Initiatives for the Country in line with the firm’s strategy along with the Facility Manager. Monthly HSW report.

  • Develop and manage a strong relationship with the Vendor partners along with the Facility Manager.

  • Manage formal and professional communications protocol with Staff on behalf of the Property Function.

  • Periodic generation of required reports including service records and MIS for the Property Function.

  • Attend and minute Periodic meetings with the Client team, suppliers and stake holders.

  • Mail Room Management including receiving, tracking and handing over of mails to the relevant teams.

  • establish and conduct workplace improvement initiative in line with the CRES agenda.

  • Raise purchase orders.
