Meet and greet visitors and service providers to the office.
Provide assistance to Facilities Manager to meet the SLA’s set out for the Property Function.
Review and process invoices, including dealing with accounting queries & overdue invoices.
Champion the Workplace, Sustainability and HSW Initiatives for the Country in line with the firm’s strategy along with the Facility Manager. Monthly HSW report.
Develop and manage a strong relationship with the Vendor partners along with the Facility Manager.
Manage formal and professional communications protocol with Staff on behalf of the Property Function.
Periodic generation of required reports including service records and MIS for the Property Function.
Attend and minute Periodic meetings with the Client team, suppliers and stake holders.
Mail Room Management including receiving, tracking and handing over of mails to the relevant teams.
establish and conduct workplace improvement initiative in line with the CRES agenda.
Raise purchase orders.
