Job Summary

The Workplace Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service within our client's offices.
The Workplace Coordinator is responsible for implementing the experience program at the client site, serving as the face of the workplace and ensuring consistently high-quality experiences for Westpac staff and visitors.

 

 

Key responsibilties:

  • Be the friendly first face for all employee questions, concerns, and feedback about workplace services—making sure everyone feels taken care of and comfortable

  • Deliver excellent workplace services that meet our standards, match our professional image, and follow all local rules and regulations

  • Walk through the workplace regularly to check that services are running smoothly and meeting quality standards

  • Help collect information and create reports that track how well we're meeting client needs

  • Look for ways to make the workplace experience even better

  • Meet and beat your performance goals while helping the team and client succeed

  • Partner with key team members to plan and run events that bring people together and improve the workplace vibe

  • Be visible and approachable—spend at least two hours each day greeting people at entrances and checking that all spaces (offices, conference rooms, break areas, etc.) have what they need 

  • Respond to every request or issue within one day and personally follow up to make sure problems are solved 

  • Build real connections with employees and visitors, creating a welcoming and positive workplace culture 

  • Team up with coworkers across different departments (Facilities, Engineering, Projects, etc.) to deliver great workplace experiences
     

Sound like you? This is what we're looking for:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, facilities / property management, operations and/or knowledge of commercial real estate

  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service

  • Ability to adapt to new devices, technology, and applications
