We have a new opportunity to join JLL as a Workplace Receptionist, you will create exceptional first impressions at our client’s office, welcoming employees and visitors while providing professional front-of-house services. The position ensures a welcoming, secure, and well-managed reception area while supporting overall workplace operations.
This role is on-site, based in Sydney CBD, Mon-Fri.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet all visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional, friendly manner
Manage visitor registration process using visitor management systems, issuing badges and maintaining accurate logs
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls through the reception console or phone system
Receive and coordinate the distribution of deliveries, packages, and courier services
Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area at all times
Support workplace security protocols by monitoring visitor access and adherence to procedures
Support meeting room bookings and coordinate on-site events with registration and front-of-house assistance
Provide administrative support for workplace team including supplies management and off-site IT/AV requests
Coordinate with facilities
Employees and lodge tickets for building issue or maintenance needs to landlord systems
Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and support evacuation protocols when necessary
Key Skills required:
Experience working in corporate reception, guest services, or customer facing roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional appearance and attitude
Exposure to visitor management systems, multi-line phone systems, and have proficient computer skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and adapting to changing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all levels of employees and visitors
