Lead Klaviyo’s APJ Customer Success organization, overseeing retention, adoption, expansion, advocacy, and customer experience. Manage multiple teams and managers, establish regional strategy and metrics, develop talent, handle escalations, and build executive customer relationships. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Support, and Services to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency. Use data and AI tools to guide renewal and expansion strategies and represent Klaviyo at industry events.
