Lead cross-functional design of global fintech products: define problems, map flows, prototype interactions, drive launches, mentor designers, and manage stakeholders to set vision and strategy.

Lead audits to identify reusable components and UX patterns, define and document component and pattern usage, collaborate with teams and developers to implement and maintain a consistent design system, enforce processes, advocate adoption, and iterate based on feedback and trends.

Lead strategy and execution of product design for Airwallex business accounts, overseeing UX/UI for cash, transfers, high-yield and credit products. Partner with PM and engineering, run research and experimentation, raise UX/UI quality across desktop and mobile, integrate with design systems, and grow a multi-location design team.
