Supports Ford dealerships with vehicle diagnostics, repairs, technical assistance, workshop performance, technician training, service process improvement, incident investigations, and technical reporting. The role improves first-time repair rates, reduces vehicle downtime, supports customer service cases, and strengthens dealer workshop capability. It requires a mechanical trade qualification, an Australian driver’s license, customer focus, and preferably Ford Master Technician or equivalent diagnostic experience.
