Oversee fund and SPV administration for real estate portfolios, including management accounts, financial statements, NAV calculations, audit support, tax compliance, payment services, and client reporting. Manage client accounts and relationships with auditors, tax advisors, property managers, and internal teams. Support client onboarding, process improvement, team guidance, and ad hoc projects while ensuring high-quality, timely service delivery.

Provide AML/ compliance oversight for Australia & New Zealand corporate, funds and capital markets activities. Serve as Deputy MLRO, advise on client acceptance, liaise with regulators, perform monitoring, investigations, training, reporting, and support implementation of compliance frameworks and audits.
