Provide regulatory legal advice for Airwallex's Australia and New Zealand businesses across payments, FX, cards and related services; lead engagements with APRA/ASIC/RBA/AUSTRAC; advise product, compliance and commercial teams on licensing, prudential requirements and regulatory change; shape compliance frameworks and manage external counsel on complex regulatory matters.

Lead and uplift Airwallex's Australian AML/CTF and financial crime program. Oversee investigations, SMR/IFTI reporting to AUSTRAC, improve transaction‑monitoring and name‑screening, advise cross‑functional teams on high‑risk customers and product controls, and produce governance MI and remediation reporting for leadership and boards.
