Lead end-to-end, multi-channel customer communications for a large card migration program. Design compliant, customer-friendly messaging across the migration lifecycle, manage creative and media planning, coordinate agencies and stakeholders, ensure execution within milestones and budget, and partner with product, operations, risk, legal, compliance and technology. Regular travel and onsite presence required.
