Part-time IT intern supporting technical operations across Sydney, Australia, and Singapore. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, AV equipment setup, meeting room inspections, Power Automate workflow development, project coordination, documentation, and IT asset lifecycle management using ServiceNow. The role provides hands-on experience in technical support, automation, governance, and project activities while requiring a nine-month commitment and active enrollment throughout the internship.

Supports TV channel programming through schedule maintenance, content updates, metadata submissions, ratings and audience analysis, competitor research, programming presentations, and inventory tracking. The intern collaborates with Marketing, Creative, Research, Commercial, and Operations teams, assists with programming projects, and helps ensure accurate scheduling information across internal systems.
