Own a book of named major enterprise accounts in ANZ to drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells and net revenue retention. Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities, build multi-threaded executive and technical relationships, develop strategic account plans, lead complex commercial negotiations (renewals, ELAs, consumption models), and partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to deliver outcomes and shape the roadmap.

Enterprise Account Executive responsible for managing named Major Accounts, driving net‑new revenue and platform expansion. Build multi‑year account plans, execute outbound and multi‑threaded deals, align executives, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and work with solutions engineers and partners to position Vercel as a strategic infrastructure partner for web and AI transformation.

Serve as technical pre- and post-sales advisor for enterprise customers: design architectures for web and AI/Agentic workflows on Vercel, run evaluations and POCs, guide onboarding and migrations, optimize performance and cost, respond to security/compliance reviews, and produce reusable playbooks and developer-facing content.
