Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline by managing inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting across enterprise and mid-market accounts in Australia. Research target accounts, engage buyer personas through calls, email, and social outreach, conduct discovery conversations, track activities in Salesforce, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, attend regional events, and help refine prospecting strategies. The role is fully remote within Sydney or Melbourne and includes onboarding and training.

Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor for ANZ customers: lead discovery, demos, POCs/POVs and workshops; design solutions using GitLab, DevSecOps and cloud practices; influence adoption and revenue; provide customer feedback to product teams and create reusable technical collateral.

Lead and grow a distributed Solutions Architecture team across Australia & New Zealand, act as a player-coach on strategic technical sales motions, run technical evaluations/workshops/demos/POCs, align cross-functionally with GTM and product teams, maintain operational discipline, hire and develop talent, and drive regional strategy and KPIs to scale technical engagement and revenue outcomes.
