Coordinate daily Sydney office operations, including supplies, building requests, visitors, calls, meeting rooms, and mail. Provide administrative and project support to Marketing, People and Culture, Legal and Compliance, Research, and Sales teams. Manage CRM processes such as trial setups, onboarding, license extensions, and record updates. Prepare communications, presentations, proposals, and documents while collaborating with the administration team to deliver efficient business support.

Manage a portfolio of financial services clients, build stakeholder relationships, support retention, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Understand client needs, recommend tailored data and technology solutions, manage renewals and pricing discussions, maintain Salesforce records, monitor account risks and pipeline activity, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to drive customer value and commercial growth.
