Support month-end reporting, journal processing, balance sheet reconciliations, and FP&A activities. Partner with operations and offshore finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing, accruals, and financial transactions. Provide analysis, reporting, and stakeholder commentary while maintaining financial controls and governance.

Lead national operational delivery and relationship management for strategic courier accounts. Oversee scheduling, performance vs KPIs, P&L and margin optimisation, customer onboarding/offboarding, claims and escalations. Drive continuous improvement, partner on business reviews, and manage a team of supervisors, schedulers and support staff to ensure consistent national service delivery.

Manage and grow strategic government and enterprise accounts by developing long-term relationships, negotiating contracts, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, leading complex onboarding and solution development, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining CRM and forecasts, and delivering operational and financial portfolio reporting to drive retention and revenue growth.
