Manage and grow strategic customer and partner relationships, develop and execute account plans, identify new business opportunities, lead commercial activities (bids, negotiations, contracts), act as the customer advocate to shape delivery, monitor market trends, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide pipeline reporting to support business planning.

Provide administrative support for metering deployment: plan schedules, coordinate with field teams, communicate updates to customers via calls and email, handle issues, maintain accurate records, and identify process improvements.
