Woolpert, a full-service architecture, engineering, geospatial and strategic consulting firm, has announced the acquisition of Greenbox Architecture. Greenbox is a Sydney-based full-service architecture firm specializing in interior and exterior design services for data centers, as well as commercial, healthcare and residential design clients.
Greenbox CEO Andrew Owens said in a statement that the move will amplify the company’s voice in shaping architecture strategy and accelerate growth in AI, optimization, 3D modeling and related technologies.
Woolpert started operations in the region in 2021 after acquiring the Australia-based company AAM. Since then, it has opened offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney, as well as in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. The recent acquisition of Greenbox will enable Woolpert to expand its service offerings even further across the region.
