Manage national customer accounts for 3M’s Consumer Business Group across Australia’s hardware channel. Develop and execute customer strategies, joint business plans, pricing, promotions, distribution, e-commerce, and portfolio initiatives. Own sales, margin, forecasting, rebates, incentives, and financial targets while identifying growth opportunities through data analysis. Build customer relationships and coordinate sales, marketing, supply, demand planning, and field execution teams to deliver channel growth and operational performance.

Manage national accounts within the retail channel (Office distributors & Big W) to deliver sales, margin and pricing targets. Develop and execute customer and joint business plans, optimize ranging and distribution, manage rebates and MDF, analyze data to identify growth, and collaborate with marketing, field sales and supply teams.
