Lead affiliate pharmacovigilance activities for an assigned therapeutic area: ensure local PV system compliance, monitor and escalate safety information, implement Risk Management Plans and risk-minimisation measures, prepare and review periodic safety reports (PSUR/DSUR), support audits and inspections, deliver PV training, and liaise with Global Patient Safety, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and brand teams to embed proactive patient-safety practices.

The MSL-Toxins will execute medical affairs strategy, engage KOLs and HCPs with non-promotional scientific exchange, provide education and insights, support medical programs and congresses, gather competitor intelligence, report adverse events, and travel across ANZ (~50%).

Lead and deliver workplace health, safety and wellbeing strategy across office and field environments. Manage psychosocial risk programs, incident investigation, WorkCover claims, injury case management and return-to-work outcomes. Run wellbeing initiatives, compliance with ANZ WHS legislation, risk assessments, crisis management and business continuity planning. Provide hands-on WHS guidance, training, auditing and stakeholder reporting to senior leadership.

Oversee and monitor clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and AbbVie SOPs. Serve as primary sponsor contact, train and engage site staff, conduct on-site/off-site monitoring and site evaluations, support recruitment/retention, manage data quality and safety reporting, resolve site risks, mentor junior CRAs, and participate in global initiatives and inspection readiness.

Manage end-to-end Order to Cash for major Australian wholesale and retail pharmaceutical customers using SAP and Salesforce. Handle order entry, validation, shipment tracking, returns, credit processing, analytics, and cross-functional coordination to improve OTC processes, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Serve as SME, trainer, and project contributor for divestitures, product discontinuations, and regulatory reporting.

Lead Medical Affairs for Allergan Aesthetics across Australia and New Zealand, develop and execute country medical strategy, manage field medical and review teams, align medical and commercial plans, engage KOLs and stakeholders, oversee medical review and launch activities, ensure safety reporting and regulatory compliance, and mentor talent.
