Serve as the primary contact for healthcare professionals, triage and resolve inquiries, manage medicines access programs, coordinate stakeholders, handle orders, escalate technical or complex issues, maintain records, report adverse events to pharmacovigilance, generate reports, and support continuous service improvement and administrative tasks.

Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns and website content across multiple platforms (eWizard, AEM, SFMC, WordPress). Build and QA eDMs, customer journeys, and digital assets; coordinate with stakeholders, agencies, and vendors; monitor performance, report insights, and ensure quality and compliance across projects.

Lead development and execution of pre-launch and launch brand strategy for immunology indications. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to use customer, market, and competitive insights to shape differentiated, executable launch plans, drive integrated readiness, manage risks and dependencies, champion innovation (including AI/digital), and monitor launch readiness and success metrics.
