Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations for major wholesale and retail pharmaceutical accounts using SAP and CRM. Manage order entry, validation, shipment tracking, returns, credits, and case management in Salesforce. Analyse order/return data, drive process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, act as SME and trainer, and support product/project transitions and compliance.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Value & Access and External Policy teams, including calendar and travel management for two Senior Directors, processing purchase requests and invoices, coordinating events and onboarding, maintaining compliance documentation, supporting meetings and communications, and driving process improvements and volunteering activities.
