Provides scientific expertise, develops medical materials and education, manages clinical research and investigator-sponsored studies, engages healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, supports promotional compliance, contributes to commercial strategy, monitors competitive intelligence, and provides leadership to medical affairs colleagues while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.

Lead reimbursement and market access strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include managing PBAC, MSAC, and PHARMAC submissions; conducting reimbursement feasibility assessments; providing payer, pricing, and policy insights; informing portfolio prioritization and financial planning; coordinating regional and global stakeholders; managing external vendors and timelines; engaging with government and industry stakeholders; and mentoring colleagues.

Lead AbbVie’s national oncology sales team across Australia, coaching and developing talent while driving customer-centric field execution and portfolio growth. Translate brand and marketing strategies into commercial plans, manage resources and budget, partner cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing and Market Access, and oversee recruitment, performance, succession planning and compliance. The role requires strong pharmaceutical industry knowledge, strategic and commercial acumen, stakeholder influence and people leadership, with oncology experience preferred.
