Responsibilities include mathematical modeling, simulation, hardware validation, system integration, troubleshooting, FPGA implementation support, and technical ownership across product development. The role collaborates with photonics, electronics, FPGA, and firmware teams to improve sensor performance, stability, reliability, and dynamic response.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under AASB and IFRS standards; maintain the general ledger and reconciliations; support audits, tax incentives, compliance, and accounting policies; and contribute to ERP implementation, AI adoption, finance transformation, and process improvement initiatives. The role requires multidisciplinary expertise spanning physics, electronics, software, MEMS or related sensor technologies, and inertial navigation systems.

Designs and deploys electronic and mechanical test systems for production and incoming inspection. Responsibilities include developing bed-of-nails PCBA testers, automated pass/fail analysis, test reporting, mechanical jigs and fixtures, software interfaces, ERP data integration, and automated test-data logging. The role collaborates with electronic, embedded software, and mechanical design teams to ensure product testability, supports lifecycle management, and drives continuous improvement across manufacturing systems.

Own full-cycle talent acquisition for engineering, manufacturing, robotics, mechatronics, electronics, sales, product, and customer success roles. Partner with leaders to define hiring needs, build targeted sourcing strategies, identify hard-to-find technical and commercial talent, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Lead cross-functional HW/FW/SW trade-offs, stage-gate execution, technical discovery with customers, prioritize engineering fixes, and partner with Marketing to drive revenue, profitability, and customer alignment.
