Role purpose


In this role you will engage with a number of assigned accounts who have previously engaged with us and have been assessed as having potential for expansion and growth. Your responsibility will be to analyse these accounts, confirm their future potential, and develop an account management plan that ensures we are the partner of choice for these accounts as they grow and develop.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a detailed (non-technical) knowledge of our products, specifications and applications in the field.
  • Maintain an active profile for Advanced Navigation within assigned Tier 2 accounts.
  • Work with assigned clients to ensure that they obtain agreed ROI from their investments in Advanced Navigation products
  • Ensure strong client awareness of all new products and capabilities.
  • Actively prospect within assigned clients for new opportunities.
  • Create and execute professional sales, territory and account plans.
  • Collaborate with the right colleagues at the right time in the process to maximise the conversion of opportunities to contracts to successful implementation.
  • Make iIntelligent use of collateral, sales and product materials in order to drive customer engagement.
  • Deploy responsible use of pre-sales, loan and Technical evaluation resources
  • Provide the business with a timely and accurate sales forecast of orders and deliveries.
  • Regularly develop and refine the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a sales professional.

Qalifications, skills and experience

  • 3+ years experience in managing small to medium size accounts and working knowledge of PNT
  • 3+ years experience in business development including - Qualification, Discovery, Progression, Negotiation and Closure as well as Territory and Account Planning
  • Executive presence with the ability to represent and present in front of an audience
  • Be a strong team player that is passionate about being a part of a fast-moving and entrepreneurial company
  • A sense of being coach-able and invested in your professional growth, development, and career path
  • Strong skills with the CRM solutions like Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to be both technical and analytical
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, international cultures, and distributed teams
