Own system and product ecosystem architecture across hardware and software, from system-wide design through component level. Collaborate with product management, software, product engineering, and supply chain teams to create reusable, scalable designs aligned with product requirements, supply resilience, cost constraints, external interfaces, and development frameworks including NIST and AUSDEFCON. Drive architectural consistency, rapid iteration, continuous improvement, and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Own full-cycle talent acquisition for engineering, manufacturing, robotics, mechatronics, electronics, sales, product, and customer success roles. Partner with leaders to define hiring needs, build targeted sourcing strategies, identify hard-to-find technical and commercial talent, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Use recruiting data to improve performance and efficiency while sourcing and assessing candidates for high-tech, consultative, and strategic selling environments.

Develop embedded C/C++ real-time software for navigation products, collaborating with product, hardware, and engineering teams. Responsibilities include software design, hardware bring-up, diagnostics, factory testing, manufacturing support, standards compliance, production releases, and component-level project ownership. The role requires embedded systems and microcontroller experience, with desirable expertise in FreeRTOS, STM32, Linux, MATLAB, Python, FPGA-based SoC platforms, and Yocto.
