Manage and grow enterprise relationships with global SaaS platforms and e-commerce marketplaces. Provide strategic payments guidance, lead commercial discussions, coordinate cross-functional projects, present business reviews, and use data to support customer goals. Build stakeholder relationships, identify expansion opportunities across Adyen’s financial products, and advocate for customer needs internally. The role is hybrid in Sydney and requires domestic and international travel.

Lead and grow card and local payment partnerships across Australia and New Zealand. Own partner prioritization, negotiations, QBRs, incentives, escalation management, and joint product/co-marketing initiatives. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, and merchant teams to drive adoption, provide market insights, and execute commercial programs that meet strategic goals.
