Ensure compliance with rail standards, coordinate multidisciplinary teams across ANZ, manage interfaces, maintain client relationships, and prepare high-quality design documentation, reports, and executive briefings to support decision-making.

Lead CAD and drafting activities for energy projects (substations, transmission, primary/secondary systems). Produce and review design drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, manage deliverables and milestones, ensure standards and quality, mentor drafters, and use common data environments and CAD tools (AutoCAD, MicroStation, ProjectWise).

Lead Consulting & Technology across Australia and New Zealand: set sector strategy, drive profitable growth and major pursuits, own sector P&L, champion digital engineering/AI/data analytics integration, build executive client relationships, and develop high‑performing teams and capability.
