Leads independent certification, verification, assurance, audits, inspections, and technical oversight across major civil infrastructure design, construction, and completion phases. Acts as the authorised representative of the Independent Certifier, interfaces with the Principal and Contractor, owns certification processes, maintains verification plans, and leads a multidisciplinary technical team while ensuring contractual, statutory, technical, and professional standards.

Leads AECOM’s network planning capability across Australia and New Zealand, providing strategic and technical leadership across transmission, distribution, power systems, and grid integration. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, advising utilities and energy stakeholders, shaping network investment strategies, developing client relationships, supporting business growth, mentoring technical leaders, and delivering high-quality projects supporting decarbonization and energy security.

Coordinates and manages complex bids and proposals throughout the full lifecycle, including tenders, interviews, debriefs, and submissions. Translates technical offerings into persuasive content, manages multiple deadlines and stakeholders, ensures editorial quality and compliance, and supports pursuit capability development through collaboration and AI-enabled efficiency.
