Lead sustainability outcomes for complex buildings and infrastructure projects across Sydney/ANZ. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, deliver decarbonisation strategies, whole-of-life carbon assessments, building performance modelling, and sustainability reporting. Provide technical advice, drive thought leadership, build client relationships, and support business growth through pursuits and project delivery.

Support pre- and post-contract cost management activities including cost modelling and planning, procurement and tender support, financial and due diligence reporting, and change control to maintain commercial accuracy across projects.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will design and deliver mechanical solutions for major projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate on multi-disciplinary team efforts.
