Manage and assess superannuation death benefit claims per fund rules, legislation and trustee discretion. Manage a portfolio of long-term income protection claims, including reviewing policy, medical, and financial information; processing payments; providing member updates; meeting timeframes; and coordinating with senior assessors and rehabilitation providers to support sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

Drive Financial Wellbeing sales and referral growth by developing strategic broker and aggregator partnerships. Manage relationships with independent brokers, support onboarding, increase registrations, prepare monthly reporting, provide commercial insights, attend partner events, and promote profitable customer-centric growth. The role requires strong communication, relationship management, presentation, analytical, and business development skills, ideally within advice, insurance, mortgage broking, or banking.

Serve as the primary liaison between Data Office leadership and project technical teams to coordinate requirements, track data-related dependencies, risks, and issues, promote adherence to Data Office standards, support onboarding and governance, and maintain visibility and reporting on data-related project activity.

Perform general accounting activities, including preparing and reconciling ledger accounts, recording and analyzing transactions, preparing financial statements and statutory reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, analyzing variances, and assisting with accounting project documentation.

Manage finance-related business transition and transformation projects from demand intake through delivery. Responsibilities include defining project scope and deliverables, coordinating resources, monitoring schedules and progress, identifying efficiency opportunities, reporting cost or quality deviations, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and overseeing project governance, gate reviews, post-audits, and quality control.

Provides accounts payable finance operations for AIA companies across Asia Pacific. Processes invoices through Ariba and SAP using three-way matching, handles staff claims and payments, resolves vendor and requester queries, prepares AP reports, investigates invoice exceptions and GRIR items, completes month-end reconciliations, follows accounting policies and internal controls, and supports KPI reporting under agreed service levels.

Support insurance and reinsurance accounting by recording transactions in SAP, performing reconciliations, supporting month‑end close, preparing IFRS 17/4 reporting and variance analysis, maintaining controls and documentation, assisting audits, and contributing to process improvements and UAT.

Perform investment accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, investment reporting, and financial statement preparation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support investment operations, help develop accounting policies, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
