Lead pricing and financial management of the AIA Vitality program across Australia and New Zealand. As a Case Manager in Group Claims at AIA, you will manage a portfolio of claims, resolve disputes, and ensure timely outcomes while communicating effectively with customers.

Manage and assess superannuation death benefit claims per fund rules, legislation and trustee discretion. Review beneficiary submissions, prepare trustee recommendations, communicate empathetically with claimants and legal representatives, maintain accurate records, manage risk and compliance, and use claims systems and workflow platforms to deliver timely, fair outcomes.

Investigate and resolve escalated life insurance complaints (including complex IDR/EDR), manage complaints to regulatory SLAs, prepare cases for independent review committees, and recommend resolutions to stakeholders.

The Senior Cloud Solution Engineer designs and implements secure, scalable Azure solutions, leading automation and governance initiatives, while collaborating across teams and ensuring operational support.

Lead delivery of AI-enabled solutions: design, integrate and operationalise cloud and third‑party AI services on Azure. Ensure scalability, compliance, responsible AI, mentor engineers, and provide vendor oversight to deliver measurable business outcomes.
