Lead technical design and hands-on development to migrate on-prem data warehouses to Azure Databricks. Build scalable ingestion, curation and transformation pipelines, own data modelling, ETL automation, DevOps, data quality, security and performance optimization. Manage and mentor onshore/offshore data engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders to align data products with business priorities.

Serve as the primary liaison between Data Office leadership and project technical teams to coordinate requirements, track data-related dependencies, risks, and issues, promote adherence to Data Office standards, support onboarding and governance, and maintain visibility and reporting on data-related project activity.

Lead technology risk for AIA Australia, overseeing cyber, data, AI and third‑party risks. Provide governance, regulatory liaison, risk reporting, challenge Technology teams, support risk forums and monitor emerging tech risk trends.
