The role targets migrant, expatriate, overseas student, and internationally connected communities. Responsibilities include commercialising opportunities, building distribution and referral channels, developing customer propositions, preparing investment cases, managing portfolio performance, and influencing enterprise-wide initiatives. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.

Manage and assess superannuation death benefit claims per fund rules, legislation and trustee discretion. Review beneficiary submissions, prepare trustee recommendations, communicate empathetically with claimants and legal representatives, maintain accurate records, manage risk and compliance, and use claims systems and workflow platforms to deliver timely, fair outcomes.
