Supports financial planners with advice administration, customer meeting preparation, research, documentation, record management, advice implementation, and annual service obligations. The role also involves customer engagement, cross-business collaboration, compliance training, legislative awareness, risk management, and maintaining timely, high-quality outcomes for clients.

Lead end-to-end UX and UI design strategy for complex digital products, services, and customer journeys. Partner with CX, product, technology, and senior stakeholders to shape roadmaps, improve usability and accessibility, govern design systems, and deliver scalable omnichannel experiences. Use research, data, validation, automation, and AI to simplify processes and improve customer and business outcomes. Provide hands-on design leadership, coaching, and design practice maturity within a nine-month contract.

Drive Financial Wellbeing sales and referral growth by developing strategic broker and aggregator partnerships. Manage relationships with independent brokers, support onboarding, increase registrations, prepare monthly reporting, provide commercial insights, attend partner events, and promote profitable customer-centric growth. The role requires strong communication, relationship management, presentation, analytical, and business development skills, ideally within advice, insurance, mortgage broking, or banking.
