The role drives customer satisfaction, revenue, productivity, advice quality, risk management, and adviser capability while supporting the evolution of AIA’s advice delivery model.

Manage referral leads and provide telephone and digital sales support for life insurance, private health insurance, and financial planning products. Engage customers, assess needs, explain suitable offerings, handle inbound and outbound queries, maintain compliance, complete professional development, and collaborate across the business to support customer and business initiatives.
