Support end-to-end employee lifecycle and people operations, own onboarding/offboarding, maintain HRIS and employee records, run workplace experience and WHS programs, coordinate events and people initiatives, partner with leaders to improve processes using technology and AI.

Support the Global Media Strategist to coordinate end-to-end ATL campaign delivery across Australia, UK and US. Manage asset coordination, liaise with media partners, build and QA campaign performance reports and visualisations, assist with budget tracking and invoice reconciliation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media tracking with broader marketing objectives.

Own Airtasker’s social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn: plan, create, shoot and edit platform-native content, run influencer programs, engage communities, track performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and scale content production across markets.

Produce end-to-end video content across brand, social, product and internal channels: ideate, shoot, edit, and deliver social-native assets. Manage shoots on location and in-studio, use AI tools to accelerate workflows, partner with marketing teams, test performance, and maintain production gear.

Lead and deliver native iOS and Android features using spec-driven, agentic workflows. Write clear specs and acceptance criteria, design and maintain agent workflows and repo context, own end-to-end delivery, ship and monitor production apps, and collaborate with Product, Data and Design.

Airtasker seeks a mid-level Product Designer to elevate customer experience, coordinate across teams, and use AI creatively in design. Responsibilities include end-to-end problem ownership, prototyping, user research, and contributing to the Airtasker Design System.

Lead end-to-end delivery of product features using spec-first, agent-driven workflows. Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems and agent/human handoffs, curate repo and architecture context, partner with Product/Data/Design, mentor engineers, and drive technical strategy and stakeholder engagement.
