Teams at Airtasker

Lead Airtasker’s product engineering organization across three full-stack teams in Sydney and Hanoi. Develop an AI-native engineering operating model, coach Engineering Managers, improve agent-assisted planning and delivery, automate support and bug fixing, and establish rigorous engineering performance metrics. Partner with product and design leaders, guide technical direction on the CTO Leadership Team, participate in on-call, and hire and mentor engineering talent.

Lead and deliver native iOS and Android features using spec-driven, agentic workflows. Write clear specs and acceptance criteria, design and maintain agent workflows and repo context, own end-to-end delivery, ship and monitor production apps, and collaborate with Product, Data and Design.

Execute acquisition, retention and loyalty campaigns for Memberships, Rebooking and core product. Build Braze campaigns (email, in-app, push, SMS), run loyalty initiatives, support Tasker education and community touchpoints, manage vendors, and report on campaign and experiment KPIs.
