Support the Head of Capital Formation producing investor-facing materials and analysis: fund performance, benchmarking, deployment pacing, LP reporting, and diligence. Work with GPs and IR to craft narratives, maintain fundraising decks, prepare LP briefs, and manage underlying data and version control.

Lead scientific delivery of customer antibody programs from cell-line strategy through upstream process development and scale-up. Design and run DoEs across high-throughput screens and bioreactors, diagnose cell-line or process issues, develop media and feeds, ensure stability and banking, coordinate with analytics and downstream teams, and communicate results and risks to customers while delegating routine execution to operations.
