Drive net-new revenue from Australian SME and mid-market customers for Payments and Billing solutions. Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, presentations, negotiation, closing, and handover. Conduct credit risk reviews and monitor clients, manage written-off portfolios through collections and negotiations, research accounts, recommend remedial actions, deliver insights for onboarding and monitoring, and improve operations, policies, and vendor/tool usage to reduce credit loss.
