Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, presentations, negotiation, closing, and handover. Develop tailored payment and billing solutions, engage executive stakeholders, build industry relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, support targeted campaigns, and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records.

Lead onsite IT operations for Singapore and provide regional support across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include technical troubleshooting for macOS, Windows, hardware, SaaS applications, networking, AV systems, onboarding, offboarding, executive support, vendor management, inventory, documentation, and office technology. The role mentors regional IT staff, partners with workplace and security teams, manages service providers, and improves IT processes while working onsite five days per week.

Lead revenue strategy and operations across ANZ by improving forecasting, pipeline management, target setting, commissions, CRM governance, reporting, and commercial processes. Partner with commercial leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze funnel performance, identify growth opportunities, strengthen operating cadences, automate workflows, and build scalable revenue practices using Salesforce and related tools.
