Manages and scales the ANZ financial crime compliance monitoring and testing program. The role designs risk-based testing frameworks, validates AML, sanctions, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting controls, and advances continuous data-enabled assurance. Responsibilities include assessing system-encoded controls, establishing KPIs, reporting findings to executives and regulators, challenging stakeholders, and overseeing remediation. The position partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, and regional teams in a global fintech environment.

Lead product and infrastructure security efforts: design and deploy controls, perform incident response and threat hunting, build detections, conduct forensic analysis, assess systems for vulnerabilities, and partner with engineering to remediate and harden services.

Lead product security and incident response efforts: design and deploy security controls, hunt and investigate threats using endpoint/network/cloud telemetry, build detections and workflows, perform forensics, and partner with engineering to remediate vulnerabilities and improve secure design.
