Owns group financial reporting, month-end close, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, payroll oversight, tax compliance, treasury, intercompany accounting, and UK entity reporting. The role leads three finance staff, partners with agency teams on commercial optimization, manages controls and approvals, and improves finance workflows through technology and AI automation. Responsibilities span Australian, Canadian, US, and UK entities across multiple currencies.

Manage social media strategy and community engagement for major brands across multiple platforms. Develop culturally relevant creative ideas, produce social content, engage influencers, moderate owned channels, identify trends, present ideas to clients, and turn social data into actionable reports. Collaborate with creatives, strategists, producers, and clients to deliver campaigns across varied brand voices and audiences.

Lead social strategy for a major brand, providing senior client counsel, building trusted relationships, and directing a multidisciplinary social team. Shape social-first campaigns, translate audience and performance insights into commercial recommendations, establish best practices, and embed social expertise across creative, media, strategy, and customer experience. The role also supports new business, thought leadership, public relations, award entries, and agency positioning.
