The Technical Onboarding & Engagement Manager oversees complex customer implementations, ensuring successful project execution, risk management, and transition to customer success post-launch.

Manage a portfolio of APAC customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Algolia. Build consultative relationships, run business reviews, coordinate with Solutions Architects and Sales, identify risks and upsell opportunities, document ROI, and act as the voice of the customer to improve product and processes.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers to design, implement, and optimize Algolia search and discovery solutions. Lead project delivery, troubleshoot implementations, prototype solutions, consult on architecture and UI best practices, expand product adoption, produce reusable content and tooling, and liaise with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and resolve feature requests.

Drive technical pre-sales activities: qualify requirements, demo product, build proofs-of-concept and prototypes, support partner-led motions, translate customer needs to Product/Engineering, enable internal teams, and ensure smooth transition to post-sales onboarding.

Partner with customers to drive adoption of Algolia's search platform through technical onboarding, solution design, workshops, hands-on implementation, documentation, and cross-functional escalation to ensure long-term customer success.

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will support the AI Research team by ensuring infrastructure stability, overseeing production services on GCP using Kubernetes, and improving CI/CD pipelines while collaborating closely with researchers and engineers.
